INEL Induction

Advantages of induction heating
- Heat is produced by induced current directly in the workpiece and is not transferred from the outside
- Completely even temperature distribution over the entire length of piece of gap and depth
- Controlled temperature by continuous clock rate and achievement can be always held minimum value
- Small scale formation by very short warming up time in only two clocks is five times smaller than during gas heating up
- No machine preheating time and immediate stopping of the warming up process compared with reverberatory furnaces
- Small abrasive wear and less change of the dies because of reduced scale formation
- Small space requirement by compact execution of the plant
- Absolutely improved working conditions for the personnel
- Automatic loading and unloading of inductors
- Only to three different double inductors necessarily for the cover of all forms of piece of gap
- With forging disturbances only two hot pieces of gap are in the inductor, which are again usable after the cooling
- Large abrasive resistance and fast change of the ceramics pipe in the inductor
- By setting up the plant over the drop hammer pieces of gap slip directly to the smith
